Why mission and values matter
Our mission and values answer three pivotal questions: who we are, where we come from and what we stand for. Our values are not just a haphazard list of words, they serve a useful purpose in decision making at all levels of the organisation and provide an ethical framework and a glue that binds individuals around a common purpose.
